Total Integrated Sdn. Bhd. (TISB) began operations in 2007, with the aim to supply, install and provide maintenance of sterilizers and its associated equipment for Malaysian healthcare providers and institutions. Our main expertise is in the area of supply and installation as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of sterilizers/autoclaves.

The history of TISB over the years, is the history of its founder and owner Mohammad Noor bin Johari who has been associated with the medical sterilisation sector for almost three decades.

Services We Offer

TISB services all aspects of sterilizers/autoclaves, washer disinfectors, electric steam generators and other CSSD-related equipment for major manufacturers such as MMM, Matachana, Steelco, Amsco/Steris, Getinge, Castle and Belimed.

Work on such machines include (but is not limited to) installation and commissioning/calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, service and repair. Our emphasis is on equipment uptime and customer service.

We also assist with arrangement and coordination work for the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)/JKKP approval.

TISB offers services on a per job basis or on flexible terms and periods via Planned Preventative Maintenance Service Contracts, to suit customers’ needs.

We also provide management of warranty maintenance services on behalf of the manufacturer. In addition, we can arrange for equipment user training and technical training upon request.
